I’m an Integrative Nutrition and Fitness Coach, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and mom of two. I help busy women transform how they feel in their bodies—without fad diets, extreme workouts or one-size-fits-all advice.

Whether your goal is to boost energy, balance hormones, reduce stress, improve body composition or simply feel stronger and like the best version of yourself—I’m here to support you every step of the way.

That’s where I come in. Together, we create a personalized fitness and nutrition plan that leads to long-lasting change. This bio-individual roadmap honors your body, your goals and works with your life—not against it.

How We Work Together

Step 1: The Intro Session
We begin with a 60-minute session (on Zoom or in person in Louisville,KY). You’ll complete a health history form beforehand so we can dive right into what matters most to you. The price of this 60 minute session is paid in advance, but will credited back to you when you sign up for the 12 Week Transformation Program. 

Step 2: The 12-Week Transformation Program
This includes six bi-weekly coaching sessions, either online or in-person. You choose what fits your lifestyle and needs. My in-person sessions take place in a private, calming space filled with natural light and plants—designed to help you breathe, connect, and focus. You can select any combination of in person or online (via Zoom) sessions.

Ongoing Support
On your “off weeks,” I’m still here. I check in, offer encouragement, answer questions, and share relevant resources—everything from custom workout plans and grocery lists to meditations, journaling prompts and recipes.

Sometimes the most powerful part of coaching is simply having someone ask, “How are you really doing?”—and follow up with personalized, meaningful support.

Customized to your goals, body, and lifestyle. Whether you want to lose fat, build strength, support hormones, or decrease stress and burnout —your plan will reflect what works for you.

✔️ Weekly Accountability & Text Check-ins
Support doesn’t stop between sessions. I’ll be in touch weekly to keep you motivated, troubleshoot obstacles, and check in with:
– Encouragement and gentle accountability
– Resources (like recipes, grocery lists, or workout support)
– Reminders of your WHY to keep you motivated

A: I work with adult women from their reproductive years to perimenopause and beyond. All nutrition and fitness guidance is tailored to your bio-individual needs in whatever phase of life you are in.

A: Start by booking an initial 60-minute session. You’ll fill out a health history form beforehand so we can jump right into what matters most to you. This first session helps us see if we’re a good fit and sets the foundation for your 12-week transformation.

A: Expect to start experiencing results by week 3 when you commit to the goals and plan that you collaboratively design with Helene. Many coaching clients start to notice results even sooner, feeling better physically and mentally as early as week 1.
